Overheating is a sign of a dying Graphics card, I'm guessing you've had yours a while. Try replacing the thermal paste on it and removing dust.

If you opened your eyes you'd know why they can't be stacked after use. Damage and use. If you were able to repackage a damaged item, it would repackage into an undamaged item.

He's an idiot because he's basically making the devs look like they do this intentionally. Most people have such a narrow mind that they don't realise how much it takes to maintain such a large game and supercomputer.
